We provide an initial health and physical fitness assessment which will establish a baseline for your regimen, determine your current physical condition and help educate us on your exercise and health history and objectives. Once a customized plan has been created, we will regularly chart your progress by using the Bio-Impedance Analysis and our comprehensive physical fitness test.
All training programs are designed by professional trainers with vast expertise and credentials in the fields of kinesiology, exercise science, sports conditioning and nutrition.
By working with you to develop an individual health and fitness profile, we will take into account your exercise history and current goals, as well as any medical conditions you may have. You will receive a personalized strategy for accomplishing your goals, plus continual motivation, encouragement and accountability.
